We will provide the following services to you, our clients: Facilitate a comprehensive consultation with you, our clients to gather all relevant information concerning the sale of your property
Design a website solely dedicated to your property alone. You
will not be one amongst a 100 or 1,000 other properties
One site, one property, No hassle! Advertise in the national press with specific links to your website. Where appropriate the property may be advertised in selected magazines as well. The frequency of this advertising can be determined on successful responses or as deemed appropriate at the time
Produce an A4 colour glossy brochure detailing your property particulars and appropriate photographs which will complement the website to further market your property and to make allowance for anyone without access to the internet
We will deal with all enquires regarding the sale of your property, including the vetting and qualification of any offers made, subject to agreement with our client
We will only make appointments to view your property with whom we perceive to be genuine prospective purchasers. This is always arranged for a mutually convenient time after consultation with both parties and final confirmation by our clients We will take the burden off your shoulders and manage the viewing of your property with the utmost care and professionalism
We will manage and liaise with prospective purchasers on your behalf and will only contact our clients once we are completely satisfied that someone has made a serious and realistic offer
We will manage the negotiation of offers and acceptance on behalf of our clients. There is no need for our client to have any direct contact with a purchaser during these negotiations unless of course they wish to do so Should you require and further information
